Student organisation “Summ, Critics, Action”, welcomes the Court's decision on today's convicts.

The student organisation “Stum, Critics, Action”, today through demonstration of a symbolic action has demanded from high judicial instances “Search for all criminal rulers described under the professor's clothing”.

They in front of the reactor have written that at the top of the crime pyramid there is power and at the end of it are Pristina University's assistants.

Moreover, their reaction read that “at the end of this academic year occurred probably the most important event of the year at the University of Pristina.
Today, justice is missing as if it returned to remind us that it must always be present at every institution in the UP. Through the media today we realized that Pristina's fundamental court has ruled that Arjan Yanova -- a former assistant to Bujar Dugolli, and Esat Bellaj, former assistant to Ragip Shaban, the very mentioned and denounced names of the SKV, will serve the prison and fine sentence for the charges of bribery of students who received different favors as enrollments at the faculty and also giving exams.

Both of the former student parliament members from the RFORMA organisation, whose influence was exercised to sit back and as assistants to the UP, are two out of nine others convicted.

This justice decision for these people is very welcome but extremely insufficient.
The group, which received the deserved conviction, was not alone in organised crime that now operates 17 years on UP.
For the unfortunateness of the university these persons may be the last link of the UP's criminal clan.

All the works for which this group was condemned have not been realised without the involvement of a large network in the administration of this institution. Notes could not be bought without agreement with professors, none of whom is condemned. Students could not register without cooperation with reactors, projectors, dean faculties. There's an administration in the UP's in charge of corrupt people, in every faculty, in every direction indiscriminately.
This current event is not very exciting, but it is a chance to serve as a precedent for launching investigations, inspections, and audits to bring justice to the Universities.

We hope that the Esat of Aryan will soon unite their fellow workers, who have this time escaped justice. The punishment of these makes sense unless their bosses are investigated with white collars that were usurped deanates in the UP's office. These are not the only cause of organized crime, even the result of a widespread corrupt system directed by their bureau chiefs, so - called professors and deans.

All of these convicts should not feel betrayed by those who worked so badly and so long, who are far more than these and should be followed for acts far more serious than these.

Justice is only so when it is complete.

The SKV will readily contribute to the establishment of justice in the UP, which is a condition for the release of the<x0 University. /Periscopi/
