Saranda's prosecution seeks a 45-day prison arrest for Ermal Fatajn, suspected it might be the person who hit the death with a Russian water supply.
The prosecution's request, to be considered Monday, is aimed at arrest by deadline until experts return an answer to biological expertise.
Prosecutors say the 15-year-old tourist had entered to bathe in the islands of Ksamil and later observed that the girl's body was floating without life on water, writes Top Channeel.
Following suspicions that the victim may have been hit by a floating vehicle, prosecutors outlined hairs in Fataj's boat propeller.
But the suspect denies being responsible for the event, since, according to him, if he had hit the deceased, he would have taken steps to get help.
