Even today, at the Pristina Foundation Court, Murat Meha's trial of the case for abuse of official office has been reported for the first time.
At the Court in Pristina today, the second hearing of the trial against Tahir Meha is under way, in which opposition to the indictment and the evidence on which it is based.
Meshe called for the rejection of the indictment against his defenders and other indictees, since this criminal case was merited at the main review.
According to the indictment, Meha in the quality of the chief-in-chief of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, Ismet Kryeziu as director of the Legal Directorship in this agency has prevented the ShPK “Marrigona Residence” from exercising its activity, putting it in an uneven position in relation to the applicable law.
The Actakuz explains that Meha and Kryeziu did not allow the ShPK “Marrigonia Resideence” to register the right to transfer ownership to the cadastral register.
The prosecution claims that Murat Meha of Ismet Kryeziu did not allow ownership registration by imposing defendant Nemanja Spasic, chief of the Cadastral Office in Gracanica, to operate on a professional opinion on January 21st 2015.
This thought, considered contrary to the law, has, according to the indictment, violated the injury “Marrigona Residence” equality in the exercise of economic activity, causing considerable material damage.
The initial hearing of this trial was set to take place on April 25, but that day Murat Meha had announced to the court that he was on an official trip to the Netherlands. /Kallex/
