For protest organisers before the prime minister held yesterday in order not to extradite Serbia to Ballist Morina, state police have launched criminal proceedings.
The protest was initially held before the prime minister in Tirana, while then followed by the doors of the Croatian Embassy.
But according to Commissioner No. 1 of the police in Tirana protests in question have been held without obtaining appropriate permits, so they must appear before the tribunal.

On the date 29.07.2017, they referred to materials in the District of Tirana Law Prosecution for citizens M.R., Mr.D., G.G., B.K., E. S., and J.G., 22, 27, 32, 27, and 26, residents in Tirana, after 7: 00 p.m., on the “Nation's witness boulevard “and on the path of “Elbasan”, have organised without a proper permission blocking the flow of the means, a protest for non-execution of the citizens I. M. Article 262 and 293 of Penal Code.
