One of the new mechanisms of co-governance with the usual people, who are studying to operate with the creation of the new government, will be the grade mechanism for the service received.
Any institution, office, sports, serving citizens will be judgmental by any citizen/who would like to impose his/her mark (from 1-10) after receiving service.
Of the citizens' marks, an average note will be generated periodically, which will be made public. This assessment will enable real-time information of the public and the government, of the level of preference of service in every office or sports of the state in the republic.
Through this assessment, a cofficiency for the official assessment of each of the directors of a service institution, central or local. On the basis of this cofficiency, a series of administrative measures will be raised, from the end-of-year rewards for those who shine, to the respective penalties for those who do not pass the public exam.
