During the two-day G-20 summit, which was held in the German town of Hamburg, the Russian president had many bilateral meetings and official talks with the presidents of other countries, writes Sputnik News, broadcast Periscopi.
At official meetings, Russian President Vladimir Putin communicates with leaders of other countries with the help of translators. But if the conversation is of a more informal nature, the Russian leader often speaks English without anyone's help, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
At G-20 dinner, Putin was sitting next to the first lady of the United States, Melanie Trump. Both had been seen laughing as they talked to each other.
