President Filipino vows never to go to the States.

The president of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte, has attacked US senators who criticised abuses during the “drug fight”. While American lawmakers opposed any possible trip from Duterte to America, the leader said he had no intention of visiting the bad “ ”. “The day will never come for me to go to America during my mandate, [...]
The day will never come for me to go to America during my mandate, or even after it,” said on Friday, as quoted by Reuters.
The leader of the Philippines was also surprised that senators thought he was willing to go to the United States.
I've seen America and it's dirty”, Dutter said.
The statement came in response to Thursday's hearings at the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission in the US Congress, where senators charged Duttertes' campaign against drugs for abuse and a large number of victims.
Commission co-chairman Jim McGovern rejected any visit by President Duterte to the US, saying he would protest such a move because of numerous human rights violations by the leader.
Returning to the charges, Duterte advised Washington to see its sins and threatened to investigate them, referring to civilian victims during the Middle East wars.
“It would be good for the US Congress to launch investigations into the violation of civilians killed in the pursuit of Middle East wars”, Duterte said.
Otherwise I'll be forced to investigate. I will begin with your past sins”.
The possibility of a Dutertes visit comes from a telephone conversation in April between the leaders of the Philippines and his US counterpart, Donald Trump, when Trump invited him to the White House “to discuss the importance of the United States alliance and the Philippines”.
