In their writing, they have demanded Ballist's right to life from Albanian institutions, because they believe Serbia would present a great lynch for it.
“Ballist Morina symbolizes something more than himself. Plicats demand that Albanian institutions fight for Ballist's right to live, as we believe his eventual extradition to Serbia endangers his life. This one side is due, and on the other hand it conveys the message that the time when we were “the Balkans' ” is over!
