As you can read in the media, the case of Grand Hotel will be handled at the International Referee at the World Bank in Washington. Yeah, that's right. This case is directly guided by the Mabetex centre in Lugano, as investment over 5.1m euros has come from this centre. For me as an idealist of a civilizing Kosovo rule of law and right, this case worries me a lot. There was no other choice here in Kosovo, except that you were sent to international arbitration. Next you'll know in detail there was no other way.

I'm sorry that these days you will hear speculation that Behgjet Pacolli aims to damage Kosovo's budget, and that he will be taken before our country. All my past and future have witnessed and will testify that I have given it, I give it, and I will give it to this country, and that this action has only one purpose: to identify all the prapas who have made us poor and unable to make investments in our republic.
