According to the newspaper RecordRossoners want to take Portuguese for a two-year loan for sevenm euros with the option to finally buy in 2019 for another 40 million.
The Portuguese midfielder turns 20 years next month and has struggled to find a place in the title formation since his 35m-euro transfer from Benfita last summer.
This could increase up to 80m euros with several bonus involvement, including 20m euros if the player is included in the narrow list for the Golden Ball.
Last season, he made 25 competitive presentations with Bayerni's fan, but has scored no goals and made no assistance to fellow players.
Renato Sanches was part of Portugal's Euro 2016 winning team.
