The LDK-AKR-Alternative coalition sees no hope in creating a government by the PAN coalition.
The bloc's prime candidate, Avdullah Hoti, in Rubik's KTV, has said they are open to all parties, except for the PDK.
The political pope has called Hoti invitations to meetings of the Vetevendosje Movement on Facebook.
Hoti reaffirmed his party chairman's words that not at any cost they want to participate in government.
In the event of failure to meet conditions, the LDK goes into opposition.
