Meanwhile, Gazeta Blic sources explain that if the Assembly of Headship is not held today, there is no House accounting session held this week.
“The head of the Assembly must meet at least 5 days before the session is held”, this source said.
Gazeta Blic sources say PAN, despite securing 62 votes, is afraid to call the Assembly's session with these numbers.
“PAN is afraid so few numbers will enter the session. The danger of changing one of these MPs' minds has prevented them from rushing into calling session”, that source said.
On the other hand, the Secretary of the Parliament has not provided information on when the old headship meeting will be held.

The office of the Kosovo president has provided no information if President Hashim Thaci calls the Assembly session.
Otherwise, elections in Kosovo were held on 11 June, while the Certificate of the results of these elections took place 8 July.
Although more than a month since holding elections, Kosovo has not yet created the new institutions, the constitution, and the formation of the government.
