German analysis, why the election lost Lulzim Basha

Democrat leader Lulzim Basha says the elections were massively manipulated, but a German analysis says the causes for the deep loss of Democrats are others.

The “Konrad Adenauer” foundation has prepared an analysis for elections in Albania.

Walter Glos writes in his analysis that the Socialists emerged from this election as clear winners.

The analysis said the agreement between Edi Rama and Lulzim Basha was an important step, but it appears DP voters did not see it as a success.
