The victim is 40-year-old Ilir Alija, while allegedly the cause of the event has become a property conflict.
The 40-year-old was shot in his apartment in front of his wife and children.
Police have been able to identify the suspected author as citizen Dritan Ymeri and have surrounded him in the house where crime happened.
Ilir Alija is a doctor and a servant in a village of Shkodra, and the author is also his neighbor.
