Now of several seasons, the Gialoroids are trying to steal the title from the Old Lady, but so far have failed.
The two Italian teams held a friendly match Sunday evening under pre-sezonal preparations, which the Bianconers won after the penalty execution (the result during regular time was 1-1).
“Juventus will start the season as a favourite, but we must try to narrow the distance”, Di Francesco declared after the match.
Meanwhile, earlier the coach praised the young captain, Daniele De Rossi, for whom he said he is an example in all aspects, even when playing outside the field. /Telegraph/
