The CEC has certified the June 11th elections and cleared the way for the establishment of Kosovo institutions. First, the Kosovo Assembly will be agreed on, then launch procedures for forming the government. In these choices, PAN has emerged first, VV second, while LDK has third.
Farther away, the Kosovo Assembly will be found after the 30-day deadline of the June 11th elections expires.
This deadline begins to be spent today after the CEC has certified national elections.
This way, the coalition. PDK-AAK-NISMA has opened to the creation of the new government.
But, in advance, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci will decree the mandate for forming the government and has only 15 days to form Government.
If for the first time the coalition fails The PAN for forming the government, then, the president has a discretion on who he will give the mandate for the second time.
CEC has announced that coalition PAN officially has 33.74 per cent, behind it is the Vetevendosje Movement with 27.49 per cent while the other coalition LAA has 25.53 percent.
Coalition PAN has won 39 seats. The Vetevendosje movement has 32 seats, while the LAA coalition is 29 seats. Nine seats is the Serbian List.
Under the constitution, the second mandate is determined under the same procedure, but that the mandate is granted to the other candidate.
Vetevendosje has warned that if PAN fails, then the Government will form Albin Kurti along with other parties.
In Kosovo's general parliamentary elections, voting rights have had more than 1 million and 800 thousand inhabitants, out of whom there were over 747 thousand voters or 41.30 percent of turnout at the polls.
