Close to half a million euros for two embarrassing losses in Europe

Twelve (12) goals were accepted by the champion and deputy champion of Kosovo's Superleague at the first historic matches in European competitions. Trepca '%89, champion of Kosovo, played in the first qualifying phase of the Champions League, while FC Pristina played in the first qualifying phase of the League of Europe.

Both Kosovo clubs suffered from 12 goals in the two matches played against their opponents, being ashamed of the first participation of Kosovo clubs in Europe, reports Online Insander newspaper.

Trepca @89 played against the Viking Gotas of the Faroe Islands, while FC Pristina played against Sweden's deputy champion Norkoping. Mitrovicas lost 6 to 2 of the Vikings, while Pristina suffered a total score of 6-0 by IFK Norrking.

But both clubs from Kosovo benefited hundreds of thousands of euros from U EFA for their participation in this stage of competition. The combined amount both clubs have won from participation in Europe amounts to 435 thousand euros.

Trepca justly89 won 220 thousand euros for the two games lost by Viking Gotas, while the team from the capital won 215 thousand euros from confronting Norkoping. Rewards are shared by the European football house, UEFA.

And if Trepca '%89 were not ashamed but qualified in the second pre-coupling phase of the Champions League, it would benefit another 320 thousand euros from the U. EFA.
