Berisha: That's how much he asked me for Accreditation of College programs.

Allied Berisha in the judicial review during his statement, said that in 2010 at a cafe in Pristina, Armend Muja had asked him for 20 thousand euros on behalf of Ferdije Zush, Basri Muja and a third person from the Ministry of Education.

“In the first part of 2010 at a meeting in the Inbox cafe, on behalf of Ferdije Zhushi and Basri Muja have been asked to successfully pass the accreditation process, at that first meeting by Armen Muja I was told that this money is being sought for these two and a third in the Ministry of Education, but that despite my insistence on who I did not understand”, the witness Berisha told Armen Mujej Ferdi on the Tshu Basja.

The witness even said that after that request from Armen Muja, he was so shocked that Amendi Muja had on one occasion told him that the “-world is not as ideal as” is supposed.

I'm a friend so much that at some point Armendi Muja told me, the world is not as ideal as we thought it would be, I told Arment Muja that the order will follow my father and that this has been my last contact with him in this case”, the witness declared Berisha.

Alate Berisha stated during the continuation of his testimony that after refusing to bribe, the approach to them had completely changed, reminding them that, according to him, Armend Muja had on another occasion told him that because of not giving bribes they would see the fight.

At Thursday's session, witness Berisha said Basri Ferdije Zushi's Muja had not asked for this money directly, but only through Armendi.

Ferdije Zushi himself asked the witness if he was aware that his father, Suad Berisha, still sends her threatening messages.

“Did you know that your father still sends me threatening messages?” asked accused witness Ferdije Zushi questions that were not allowed by the court but the witness answered that he was unaware of this.

The testimony of witness Alesti Berisha in the hall included his father, witness Suad Berisha, but for reasons because the same time often prevented the process by reacting and giving an answer from the country, Judge Valbona Selimaj expelled her from the trial chamber.

In this trial process Basri Muja and Ferdije Zushi are charged with misusing the official position or authority in co-ordination and ongoing taking of the ongoing bribe and co-ordination.

Amend Muja is accused of taking the following bribery and co-ordination, while Naim Braha, who was accused of the criminal act of granting bribes to him has been prewritten.

At the time he was charged, Basri Muja was director of the Kosovo Agency for Discension, while Ferdije official Zushi of this agency.

Ferdije Zushi-Etemi, who was head of the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation Board, resigned from this position in September last year, a few days after the indictment was filed against her.

She and Armendi Muja, a former UNDP employee, were arrested in November 2014.

Another witness, owner of another college in Pristina, in September last year had declared the other accused, Basri Muja, in court, had asked him to hire his wife in this private institution of higher education.
