His name is Meinrad Copp, and he is 55 years old, while the identity of the minor girl has not yet become known. The man was captured during the act by the sheriff in the area. He has also been convicted of pornography before.
Copp had arrived in Germany since June 16. Whether the girl has agreed to have a willing relationship or has been abused is still unknown. The man has been sent to a federal prison, but is expected to return to Germany. And the girl is in the care of psychologists.
