U.S. Army Chief of Staff General Mark Mile said today that the fact that North Korea has tested a ballistic missile on July 4th shows that its capacities are advancing considerably and faster than expected.
In his speech at the National Press Club in Washington, he said there is still time for a non-military solution, but warned that “koha is exceeding”, as North Korea is increasingly dangerous, Reuters reports.
