(9 years ago)Over 3.7m euros was the payment the Kosovo Privatisation Agency has illegally made by the Trust Fund for Professional Services Providers (OSHP) during 2016. Based on the Law for AKP, Article 16, respectively, compensation for professional service providers is carried out by the means that were separated from the Agency from the [...] budget.

This is just one of the irregularities the National Audition Office has recorded during the audit of financial mirrors of the Trust Fund, which is managed by the Kosovo Privatisation Agency as well as the financial mirrors of this agency.
According to the two separate reports for 2016, which have been published these days, irregularities have also occurred in the management of inflows, delays in the liquidation process, delays in the distribution of 20 percent to sales workers, low rates of cash accounts...
