The LDK's ambassador to Pristina's Municipal Assembly has resigned from this position.
He for his resignation through a letter has announced Pristina municipality Speaker Halim Halimi.
“Being appointed the task of dean of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Prizren, since the day of the appointment, on 21,03.2017, I have never felt comfortable that I could hold two leadership and political positions, be a member of the Pristina Assembly, and exercise U.d. The faculty Dean. Considering that there is no reason to put myself in position to expect the reactions that I am right or have no right to exercise these responsibilities simultaneously, to be good with myself, I offer to resign from Pristina Community Assembly member”, says Shala's letter.
He has said further that over 10 years in three mandates of the capital's Parliament member, being part of the better decision-making of the citizens of Pristina, he feels good with all his political presentations and actions, conforming political and programming requirements on the development of the capital.
