The CEC is expected to certify election results tomorrow, where later the winning subject or coalition in the 30-day term will form the government, but if it fails then it will leave Kosovo President Hashim Thaci to decide what will be done next.
Ilir Deda from Alternative, told the news. We expect PAN to fail to form government and pave the way for others.
“We expect the coalition PAN will fail to form the government, with which the way is opened for us to create another”, the Deda said about the news.net.
Deda further said, that the president cannot block the government formation process and drag Kosovo into crisis.
The president cannot block and drag Kosovo into crisis. The Constitutional Court's Act shows that after the failure of the first subject or coalition, the one collecting 61 signatures in the Assembly is eligible to be mandated. So we don't want to deal with the hypothetical situation”, he stressed.
As for the talks the LAA is making with Vetevendosje, Deda said, they are first expecting the Certificate of results from the CEC and then launch talks.
“We have said from the beginning that after the certificate of election results we will also begin communication with Vetevendosje”, the Deda said at the end.
