Dacic: Kosovo afraid to apply for Isco

Serbia's diplomatic chief, Ivica Dacic, said in case of Kosovo's admission to U NCO, Serbia will not sit back, but on the other side according to him, Kosovo will not apply at all because it fears it will not be accepted again, Tanjug reports, tranmeton Periscopi.
