Based on Administrative Guide MF-NR 012017, for a change and fulfillment of Administrative Guides MF-NR 012015 for the use of electronic equipment and fiscal systems is changed the way citizens are repaid from collecting fiscal coupons.
Kosovo's Tax Administration reports citizens about the new form of application for compensation from fiscal coupons for TM2/2017 (April, May, June 2017).
The application for streaming tools from the collection of Fiscal Cups for TM2/2017 begins from July 01st, 2017 to July 31, 2017.
The application is made by filling in the tool reimbursement application from the Fiscal Cup collection. The application must be met electronically through the Kosovo Tax Administration website w.atk-x.org at the Electronic Services link ) Application for Fiscal Cup. The application only takes place once for the same period based on the applicant's Personal Number.
In the withdrawal process, we will have three (3) The potential winning numbers, if the total number of winners is over 99 to 4500.
If the total number of winners attracted by the potentially profitable Numat is less than a thousand (11,000), then the extra potential number of winners should be withdrawn until the initial condition is met.
Every single potential resulting winning number has a maximum of 100 (1,500), the winner, on the contrary, the attraction repeated;
The potential winners will be updated by ten per cent (10%) of the declared value, but no more than a hundred euros (100m).
The minimum number of tax vouchers handed down must be 60 coupons, with the minimum amount of two-thirds of euros (250m).
The potential Fitive number will be generated by the ATK system on the basis of an algorithm specified by ATK, based on the number of applications, name and surname (in cases where citizens own two names will only be taken first base) of the citizen.
After the application deadline ended, at one of the following month's 1 to 10th, ATK in co-operation with Kosovo Lottari will organise the withdrawal of potential winners (FP), via Kosovo Public Television (TV).
After completing the process of withdrawing potential winning numbers, citizens who own the Special Drawing Number, apply with fiscal coupons along with application data must physically hand over to one of the ATK Regimental Directorates within the five (5) working deadline after publishing the list on ATK pages.
