According to Ymer the judgment against MPs who have defended constitutional order and territorial integrity, it is scandalous and dislodges Kosovo as schizophrene.
“On one side the Constitution pronounces Zajednica as totally unconstitutional by jeopardising the overthrow of constitutional order; the state commission officially finds that the Agreement on Demarkation violates the territorial integrity of the Republic; and on the other hand, the fundamental court judges MPs who defended the constitutional order and territorial integrity of the Republic<1>, Ymer writes on Facebook.
