The realisation of memorandums signed between the parties is seen with scepticism by union representatives, who have not yet been invited to the meeting by Prime Minister Haradinaj, KTV reports.
The chairman of the Health Union, Blerim Syla, says one of the most important points in the memorandum was the increase in wages for health workers, which has not occurred for 3 years, as well as the beginning of the pay for labour risk that, according to the memorandum, would take place in the first three months of forming the new government.
Syla says they have expected the government to do 100 days and pass election processes to seek the fulfillment of that promise.
The complaint includes the United Education, Science and Culture Union.
Beftman Jasharaj says part of the deal was also involvement in the union debate when the budget bill is prepared.
But that hasn't happened either.
According to representatives of both unions, the promotion that there may be 4% wage increases, according to economic growth in the country, will not be acceptable to them, as promises made have exceeded that figure and promises must be kept.
But how much law power do such memorandums signed in time of campaign?
KTV has also sent questions to the country's prime minister's office whether all memorandum points signed with trade unions will be realised, but there is no response.
