University Director Manuel Fontaine said children were being targeted in their homes, schools and grounds. He said such brutality “cannot be a new normal”.
In the Central African Republic, children were killed, raped, kidnapped, and recruited by armed groups into a dramatic increase in violence, reports “BBC”, report Periscope.
Islamic militants Boko Haram forced at least 135 children in northern Nigeria and Cameroon to act as suicide bombers almost five times as many as in 2016.
