Thaci shows how internationals forced and deceived the Special Court

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has said he has forced the internationals to be established through the Kosovo Assembly, but says he still holds the same opinion for it as in 2015.

Thaci, who had done everything possible for the Special Court to be mandated in the Kosovo Assembly, has now become its main opponent. He has said that in addition to the obligation, the internationals had pledged that with the approval of this court, Kosovo would benefit the establishment of the Army, visa liberalisation, membership in the U. NESTO, INTERPOL and the Council of Europe, writes Periscopi.

But he says none of this happened.

I think about it today. The Special Court is a historic injustice to Kosovo, even to the KLA. Internationals have forced us, with the threat that they will take other drastic measures in relation to the country. I want to state something: there is no court that hurts my fight for Kosovo. It has been the international obligation, and the second pledged by internationals that Kosovo moves towards the military, towards visa liberalisation, membership in the U. NESTO, INTERPOL and Council of Europe membership. No international pledge happened, even though the Special Court was approved”, Thaci said in Klan Kosova, writes Periscopi.

The president also spoke of the initiative of the Qala War Organisations for petition signed by 15 thousand people. /Periscopi/
