Lulzim Mehmeti, assistant director at primary school”Ibrahim Kelmendi”, tells the Tribuna Channel which courses still lack textbooks.

Mehmeti shows that they have made constant efforts to have an abundant text in Albanian once and for all so that students can have what to learn. He even accuses Republika Srpska of such extortion.
