KA LLXO.com learns that part of the investigation is also Agron Mustafa himself and two others who are being investigated by Kosovo Special Prosecutor.
The investigation has been established after the Police Economic Crimes Unit has established a criminal outcry in the Special Prosecutor.
In the same horseing, according to these sources, there are no include makers or owners of Z Mobile Company.
Following the establishment of criminal speculation, the investigation into this case has been entrusted to special prosecutor Abdurrahim Islam. He has confirmed the investigation into Mustaf and others.
“Yes, I can confirm that three persons are being investigated for misuse of official office, while the act of launching investigations has been issued on December 21st of this year”, Islam told KALLXO.com.
Contacted by KALLXO.com chief executive chief of Telekom Agron Mustafa has expressed surprise at these police actions.
“Wow! ...Me for Mr Mobile? ...The big one. The contract is signed with 2008, I started working at Telekom at the end of February 2015, while the demand for the start of the Arbitrazhi procedure began early April 2015”, Mustafa said.
Mustafa further said he doubts all this could be a police mistake.
I doubt the police can make such a mistake. You can even get Mr Mobile's indictment against Telekom and see, Agron Mustafa does not exist as Mr Mobile's damaging. I'm really surprised. I'll see where the confusion is”, says the Mustafa response.
On May 24th of this year, Kosovo Telecom and Dardafon ( Z-Mobile) reached agreement to close the arbitrage decision about the contract for virtual mobile phone operators.
The decision was presented as a triumph for the company after releasing the telecom from the 30m-euro payment obligation to Z Mobile company.
In 2016 the arbitration court had ruled in favour of Z Mobile Company in the conflict with Telekom. The decision created a commitment to compensate for a 30m-euro damage.
Shortly after the decision, authorities and justicemen had reacted by calling for investigation and responsibility for this loss.
Bloods had calmed several months later when Telekom and Z Mobile agreed that the decision on paying 30m euros would not be implemented.
