O Chairman VLKLA, Hysni Gucati, has earlier declared that the Special Court is unilateral, while stressing that it should deal with all those who committed war crimes, including Serbs.
According to Gucatt, the 10,000 signatures collected will be able to bring this case back to the Assembly.
Otherwise, the consent to this petition taken by the KLA's OVL has been granted by NGOs and civil society organisations.
