The preliminary result, which was submitted by the CEC, is likely not that of the will of the citizens of Istog.
Sources in the CEC have told the Time Ditore that errors have been made in managing the result. According to the same LDK candidate, Hakki Rugova has won in Istog, with exactly 75 votes more than AAK candidate Gani Dresaj.
The same was warned by LDK chairman Isa Mustafa, who through a post on his Facebook profile, said the AAK is celebrating prematurely. According to him, Hakki Rugova of LDK is 55 votes ahead.
“LDK and Hakki Rugova have won in Istog, meanwhile AAK is celebrating prematurely. According to our data, based on the count of every vote, Hakki Rugova is 55 votes ahead of”, Mustafa wrote on Facebook.
On the other hand, Gani Dresaj has already declared victory, the AAK and its sympathisers at Istog have started the holiday.
