About 300 families have been completely isolated in Dukagjin from Mount Shoshi to the Thore Qafe from snowfall.
They call for help because they are in difficult conditions because there is no doctor. The situation is alarming and urgent interference of institutions is required.
Both roads linking Shkodra and Dukagjini are blocked. In the Qafe Thore-Theth axis, there is about 60 inches [60 cm] of snow and can't be crossed by chains or feet.
Also on the River-Mountain Coast axis, there is about 18 inches [40 cm] of snow and is blocked.
There's no electricity in the villages of the Shosh Units, Shala, Theth and Pult, because there are cuts of lines from the wind. Electricity is also lacking in the village of Shllak.
