For 48 hours there has been heavy snowfall that has made moving vehicles impossible.
The Teth area was the first to be blocked by snow in the first week, while 200 residents remained isolated for several days until the intervention of ARSH and Shkodra municipality.
The same picture has been repeated after snow rains have made it impossible to move vehicles into the Qafe Thore-Theth axis.
As a consequence of its snowfall, its thickness has reached over 50cm, while this time no one has intervened for its reopening. This road is not maintained even by contractual firms, but only by the intervention of Shkoder and ARSH municipality.
Concerns have been created in addition to the roadblock, even with the supply of electricity in several villages, where the amortized network or damage to the lines has caused the area to be in darkness.
Beyond the promise that this year will become an effort to keep Thore-theth Qafe street open, the situation will apparently be the same as that of past years when the area of Theth is blocked for several months during the winter season.
