Stefanovic has added that Serbia will ask Interpol to rerun the decision and voice confidence that Serbia will again have the arrest warrant active for it.
“If Ramush Haradinaj is available to our prosecution authorities, we will arrest him because there is an active judicial order for him,” said Stefanovic.
Serbia's Justice Ministry earlier today Tanjug said Interpol cannot lift the verdict for arrest against Haradinaj, because it has been issued at the order of the Serbian Court or the Supreme Court's War Crimes Department in Belgrade and is still in force. /Indesksonline/
