These proposals will emerge as a result of domestic dialogue on Kosovo launched in October by the head of the Serbian state.
He has once stressed that he plans to finish the required job for Serbia's entry into the European Union by the end of his mandate in 2022 and is therefore likely not to run for another mandate.
