The North Central is our neighbor. We need to develop relations with this country and political dialogue is very important”, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said according to the recommendations of the official news agency, TASS.
The delegation arrived yesterday in Pyongyang and will stay until Saturday, the news agency “Interfax” reported.
Russia and China are the countries that have closer diplomatic relations with the isolated state of North Korea.
