Hakki Rugova from the Democratic League of Kosovo has won in Istog by 14 votes. Initially, Gani Dresey from the AAK has received 16 votes by mail, while Hakki Rugova from the LDK has received 8 votes. Haki Rugova of the LDK has a total of 10,000 and 33 votes, while the AAK's Gani Dreshey is 10 thousand and 19 votes.
