California authorities have published footage taken by cameras of two effectives who killed during the attempt to cuff a 32-year-old.
The Vincent Valenzuela farm had suffered three-time cardiac arrest as the two effectors used electroscork, and therefore 32-year-old passed away.
The event took place on July 2nd of last year, but the footage was published just 2 months after the decision was made in September 2017 on the innocence of two effectives Wolfgang Jun and Daniel Wolfe, whose actions were deemed necessary during the attempt to arrest 32-year-old.
