He was engaged in the terrorist attack on St Petersburg yesterday. He gave instructions to the FSB director to act solely in accordance with the law, when he acts with terrorists and their arrest. However, if there is danger to the life and health of our employees, our officers, to act decisively, not arresting but eliminating at home” said Putin, Tass reported.
He added that FSB has recently hampered more terrorist attacks.
The Russian state has 845 thousand troops, 22.250 tanks and 1399 fighter aircraft.
Although the country is not considered the same superpower it once was, the Russian Armed Forces have undergone a major transformation since President Vladimir Putin's re-election in 2012.
The army is divided into more dynamic little brigades. Attention is turning to new technologies, not the workforce.
