The State Prosecutor announces public opinion that by 20:30, at the revote for the mayor of Istog municipality, only 4 cases have been reported concerning this election process.
After receiving information that a member of a political subject in Istog has given money to buy votes, at the order of the State Prosecutor, the suspect has been interviewed, meanwhile, the case has been initiated with a separate report for further proceedings.
Meanwhile, after obtaining information and verifying it from prosecutors who have been following the revote process for the municipality of Istog, it turns out that there were no elements of any criminal work related to the election process, it broadcasts Indesksonline.
Likewise, the State Prosecutor will continue to forward the situation until the election process is completed, as well as in each case will announce the opinion.
The State Prosecutor thanks citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, media and civil society for the co-operation shown with the State Prosecutor, with the aim of preventing and successfully prosecuting criminal acts related to this revote process, the media communiqué reported.
