Petritsch: It is time for Vuciq to resolve conflicts with Kosovo

Former European Union Special Minister for Kosovo and former high representative of the international community for Bosnia and Herzegovina Willfang Petritsch has declared that Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq is showing he is willing to deal with the Kosovo issue and resolve it, and the European Union should see the historic occasion for it

In an interview for Deutsche Wille, Petritsch has said that “for resolving the conflicts of Belgrade and Pristina are necessary serious talks, and Brussels should give priority to Western Balkan relations with the European Union”.

He adds that Belgrade should draft a serious strategy and formulate clear demands on Pristina before signing the final agreement, and that internal dialogue is the way to achieve Serbia's stance regarding Kosovo.
