In addition to harsh statements by internationals to try Kosovo leaders to abolish the Special, recently another blow to the situation has been dealt by former Albanian Prime Minister Pandeli Majko. He says the state of Kosovo is not a personal matter. According to him, state rights do not discuss any personal fate.
According to him, placing state interest on persons' fates sets state men apart from young people.
All Kosovo partners are calling today not to continue in this absurd direction. He will put the state of Kosovo under charge. And that, it's not going to happen to general statements that are forgotten tomorrow”, he says.

THE JOYKATH HARK SPECIAL...
A policy is being played in Pristina, which is heading towards absurdity. The Special Court's annulment requirement is producing uncertainty and fear for the future.
For reasons that made sense, I joined those who had reservations for the establishment of the Special Court for Crimes in Kosovo. The argument did not stand in denial of what happened in the Kosovo war. It involved distinguishing the content of acts Serbs and Albanians committed against each other, especially in the post-war period. In this story the difference of action and reaction is important. This distinction cannot end with the saying that “crime is a crime, in any case”! Even the most modern criminal codes make the difference.
Currently, in Pristina politics they have begun, with and unjustly, to discuss “justice” and the difficult historical report that the Special Court creates for the state of Kosovo.
The question is, why was what is rejected today not discussed yesterday at the time? This and other questions mean more than giving answers.
The discussion that had to be developed once... now there is another context. The Special Court's deadlock is being viewed by internationals as breaking an international agreement.
The vote for the establishment of the Special Court from the Kosovo Assembly was not an act “internal” of the legal system of the state. She engaged The Hague tribunal in an official report with the state of Kosovo. For this reason, this international contract under the name “Special Court” was associated with changing the Constitution.
All Kosovo partners are calling today not to continue in this absurd direction. He will put the state of Kosovo under charge. And that, it's not going to happen to general statements that are forgotten tomorrow. The prosecution will also focus on people who will be isolated. And this will only be the beginning.
I'm convinced that someone who was willing to give his life in the War would not fear any leftover accusations. The state of Kosovo is not a personal matter. The opposite is true. State rights don't discuss any personal fate. Determining state interest in people's destiny sets state men apart from young people.
Who thinks that the US, Great Britain and the European Union will quietly swallow a decision “soured” for the suspension of the Special Court is mistaken.
Americans, especially they, as friends, want you to go beyond state relations. Don't give up on him. You're facing him as a traitor to the faith of friendship. With the former soldier of war they behave with rules of respect to him. There are no rules against unfaithfulness. No difference!
With hope and confidence, I wish the year 2018 to bring reflection on behalf of the future of the state of Kosovo on this issue.
In international agreements that question state status, repentance does not exist.
Kosovo won the war. Now I must gain peace... by myself. Kosovo's peace passes from the Special Court's arch. Her bow has no triumph. He'll measure human character more than justice. Of course!
