Opposition urges ambassadors that empower Kosovo, not damage

Representatives of opposition parties and civil society call on Prime Minister Haradinaj to elect candidates who rightfully represent the Republic of Kosovo, rather than those who are instrumentalised by Serbia to undermine the country in the international arena, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, has warned that very soon [...]
Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, a few days ago, has warned that soon there will be Serb ambassadors who will represent the Republic of Kosovo in various states of the world.
But, representatives of opposition parties say everything would be okay if these ambassadors represented the interests of the Republic of Kosovo decently, not to harm the state diplomaticly, activating from Serbia.
Part of the ruling coalition is the Serbian List, which, according to the opposition in the country, is sabotaged of Kosovo's citizenship and has voiced itself against forming the country's military, thus being in a line with Serbia's Government.
However, government officials in the country differ. “Representatives of Serb community parties in the Government of Kosovo and in the Assembly are legal and legitimate. Kosovo is a citizen state, and under the Constitution, laws can always be appointed to Kosovo citizens in the country's diplomatic service.
There are no deadlines, but this will happen in the near future”, said “Zerin” Halil Matoshi, media adviser to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
