For the former leader of this party and the late president of the Republic of Kosovo, Mustafa has said that the central figure that has laid the foundations of Kosovo's statehood remains.
“What remains of us as LDK is that we honor his image, move President Rugova”'s work forward, Mustafa said.
Maintaining friendship and co-operation with the US and the European Union, according to Mustaf, has been Rugova's order always to be guarded.
Former President Rugova was born on 2 December 1944, while dying on January 21st 2006.
Homazhe, at the tomb of the late President Rugova, has also made Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who later visited the Rugova family.
