MP The PDK, Nat Hasani, says they have not given up on the request to hold the Parliament's session for abolishing the Law for the Special Court. On the other hand, the media have begun to curve names of who the first indictees might be.
Forty-three MPs who last Friday have signed their signatures for the abolition of the Special Court will not give up their request.
Thus did some of them make known that the Lord of the House has to go ahead and call the meeting.
The Special Repower had failed to realise on Friday evening, since the Priory had not had a quorum to hold meetings to set out an extraordinary session, even though it twice tried.
On the other hand, since special operating time is being offered, some names have already begun to emerge in the media as potential names against which the first acts by the Special Court will be filed. However, contacted by “Voice” they have named these speculations.
Meanwhile, while LVV representatives say they will have the same position as they had during 2015 regarding the Special Court, LDK representatives say the demand to abolish it has become sharply for narrow personal interests.
