According to the quarterly public procurement monitoring report at the Ministry of Health (MSH), the Ministry of Infrastructure (MI) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), which this organisation published on Friday, this shows that the procurement process remains nontransparent and sound for the public, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The researcher from the FOL Movement, Gresa Smolica, who presented the report, has said they have monitored the procurement process from planning the procurement activity to signing the contract and implementing activity.
However, according to her, not all ministries that were monitored have been transparent. It was the Ministry of Infrastructure that has so far not given access to any required contracts.
