These families had been reluctant to sign the firm because, according to them, the agreement reached with Prime Minister Haradinaj had later been changed by actors involved in the shift working group.
Faton Mirena, resident of this neighbourhood, has announced to the newspaper that they have reached agreement on expropriation and that if KEK abides by that agreement on Monday, the expropriation Commission will appear on the ground to make the recording.
