The certificate did not include the municipality of Vushtrri, Istog and Partesh.
Now that more than a month has been made by the results of the first round and several days of those in the second round, those who won the posts are waiting to start work.
The Ministry of Management of Local Power in an answer to Indexline has indicated when this will be done.
According to MAPL, keeping the inaugural assembly meetings of municipalities is defined by Law No. 03 L-040 for Local Self-government, Article 42.
The inaugural collection of municipal municipalities is held within 15 days of the certificate of election results and is called by the mayor (where chosen). If the mayor does not call the inaugural meeting within the 15 days deadline, then the inaugural meeting is called by the oldest elected member of the Communist Assembly, within 15 days of the day the elected chairman has failed to call the inaugural meeting”, it is said in response.
And if even the oldest member does not call the inaugural assembly of the Communist Assembly within the 15 days deadline, the inaugural meeting according to MAPL could be determined by the initiative of most elected members of the Communist Assembly.
This minister has made it known that there are the legal deadlines for calling hearings, but unable to present any exact date for constitutional meetings to be held.
